Our Story
Cafe Bluebird opened its doors in 1982 with a simple mission: serve good food, treat people right, and make breakfast something worth waking up for.
Over four decades later, not much has changed. We're still family-owned, still in the same spot on Laurel Street, and still doing things the homemade way. We've watched generations of Fort Collins families grow up with us — kids who used to sit in high chairs are now bringing their own kids in.
Our ingredients are still locally sourced. Our bread is still baked fresh every morning. Our jams and hot sauces are still made by hand. Some things you just don't mess with.
